NATHAN FEARS, M.A., CACIII, Certified Recovery Coach

Nathan Fears is a professional therapist, interventionist, speaker, and consultant with more than 30 years of experience working in the field of Addiction Treatment. He developed the first Dual Diagnosis Treatment Program for Adolescents in the country while serving as Program Director for Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. He has successfully completed hundreds of Interventions and developed treatment programs for adolescents with a variety of issues including gang behavior, satanic worship, sexual offenders, self-mutilation, mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance abuse.

Nathan Fears has served as CEO for reputable Behavioral Health Hospitals such as Fair Oaks in Summit, NJ; Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis, MN; Family Treatment Program in Sunrise, FL; and Inspirations for Youth and Families in Fort Lauderdale, FL.. He has also co-authored books and publications in USA Today and Ebony Magazine, and served as a consultant for a made for T.V. movie.

He is currently the President of Nathan Fears and Associates and co-owner of Divine Interventions, LLC which both provide assessments, interventions, transports and case management and consultation services for adolescents, families and businesses across the country. He serves as a consultant for several prominent treatment programs in Florida.

JULIE HOLDING

Julie entered the medical field in 1985, has studied and trained under Dr. Judith Landow with the Arise Intervention method, has worked as the CFO for a prominent treatment facility, and had many years of personal experience with loved ones in recovery. Her experience in the treatment field extends into the financial realm of billing and coding as well where she has acquired an AS degree and the certification CPCA.

Julie is an active member of NAPW, AAPC, EAPA, SFHHA and FADAA.

DR. PAMELA TAMBINI

Dr. Pamela Tambini is double board certified in internal and addiction medicine. She has over 6 years of experience as a Medical Director at facilities in South Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi, in addition to her work at the VA Hospital in West Palm Beach. She is well respected and an up-and-coming leader in the field of addiction medicine.

ADRIENNE LEWIS, RN

Adrienne Lewis, RN has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. She has served as Director of Nursing at several inpatient facilities in South Florida. She plans to become a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

REESA McKENZIE

Reesa McKenzie has held executive leadership roles at several inpatient SA/MH facilities in South Florida, most recently as CFO of a 100-bed program. She has over 20 years of financial and business management experience with a proven ability to build, motivate and lead strong business teams driving substantial I return on investment. She has owned a bookkeeping/tax practice.
